Thurloe is a historic period building in South Manchester, formerly a nursing home, located close to Manchester’s university district. Student Homes has led a major transformation of the property, turning it into a state-of-the-art, eco-friendly co-living block for students. Offering 51 high-quality bedrooms with modern amenities, the development incorporates sustainable technologies such as solar panels, making it both energy-efficient and environmentally conscious. This project successfully honours the building's rich history while integrating green initiatives and modern comfort, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of today’s students. With a strong focus on convenience, sustainability, style, and functionality, Thurloe sets a new standard for student accommodation.
