Not just houses. Homes

The future of co-living

Attending university is about being inspired, sharing new experiences, and creating memories that will last a lifetime

At Student Homes, our purpose is to contribute to this journey of a lifetime by offering students comfortable and beautifully crafted homes to live in with their friends. Located in some of the UK’s highest-ranked university cities, Student Homes’ co-living experience is driven by technology, design, and a strong sense of community. Providing the perfect backdrop for academic growth and personal development, our ambition is to be the students’ home away from home.

Redefining student accommodation through innovation and growth

Student Homes has become the fastest-growing student co-living investor in the UK, managing a portfolio of over 2,000 beds across thirteen of the most popular university cities. The company aims to set a new market standard by creating high-quality, “Instagrammable”, yet affordable homes for students.

Technology plays a pivotal role, with advanced data analytics optimising every stage of the investment lifecycle. This tech-driven approach, combined with its proven track record, has earned Student Homes industry recognition, including winning the Student Accommodation "Investor of the Year" award in 2024.

Our projects

We build with students in mind, focusing on creating homes that foster a sense of community

At Student Homes, we focus predominantly on HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation), which are residential houses with three or more tenants. Our strategy revolves around renovating existing assets and consolidating them into a larger portfolio to achieve economies of scale.

Through comprehensive refurbishment programmes, we prioritise features that enhance the overall student experience and improve the long-term value of our assets, all while adhering to our ESG principles that prioritise sustainability and responsible living.
